Return & Refund Policy
Since our products are custom-made and printed specifically for you upon ordering, we maintain a strict return policy to keep our operations sustainable. Please review the details below before completing your purchase.
1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or you receive the incorrect size or item due to a manufacturing or fulfilment error, we will, at our discretion, provide either a free replacement or a full refund.
Timeframe: You must report the issue within 14 days of delivery.
Proof Required: Please email our support team at vestisvirtus@gmail.com with your order number and clear photographic evidence showing the damage, print issue, defect, or incorrect item. Claims submitted without sufficient evidence or outside the 14-day period may not be eligible for a replacement or refund.
2. No Returns for Buyer's Remorse or Sizing Issues
Because every piece is custom-made specifically for your order, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

Change of mind or buyer's remorse.

Incorrect size selected by the customer. Please carefully review the sizing chart provided on each product page before placing your order.

Incorrect colour, style, or product variant selected by the customer.
3. Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error:

4. Order Cancellations & Changes
Our automated fulfilment process begins shortly after an order is placed.
You may request to cancel or modify your order only if production has not yet started. Once an order enters "In Production", it cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.
If you notice an error with your order, please contact us immediately at vestisvirtus@gmail.com, and we will do our best to assist before production begins.
5. Shipping Address & Delivery
Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct before completing your purchase.
We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or returned packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address supplied by the customer, any reshipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.
6. Colour & Print Variations
Please note that slight variations in colour, print placement, or product appearance may occur due to differences in screen displays and the printing process. These minor variations are normal and are not considered manufacturing defects.
7. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Return & Refund Policy affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
